Dear Bidder,The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking an external collaborator to support the development of a Sustainability Strategy for Local Employment Partnerships (LEPs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, under the EU-funded LEP II project. LEPs are multi-stakeholder initiatives that promote labour market integration of unemployed and hard-to-employ individuals through locally driven training and employment programs.The assignment will focus on assessing the institutional and financial sustainability of LEPs and providing strategic recommendations for their long-term integration into local and entity-level employment frameworks. Key tasks include:•Reviewing relevant strategic and policy documents at the entity and national levels to establish a framework for LEP sustainability.•Assessment of the current capacities of LEPs.•Conducting consultations with key stakeholders, including ministries, employment services, employer associations, and trade unions.•Presenting findings and recommendations in a validation meeting organized by the ILO.•Developing a comprehensive Sustainability Strategy with actionable recommendations for all relevant actors.The selected collaborator will contribute to shaping the future of LEPs in Bosnia and Herzegovina by identifying pathways for their continued impact on local labour markets.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express...
