- Call for External Collaborator - Assessment of SIYB Capacity and Institutionalization Opportunities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. EU Support to Local Employment Partnerships - Phase II (LEP II)-relaunched The assignment aims to assess the current and future potential for expanding and institutionalizing the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) methodology in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The consultant (SIYB Master Trainer) will evaluate both the demand side - by analysing interest among institutions such as business-support organizations, training providers, public employment services, and local development agencies - and the supply side, by mapping and assessing the existing pool of certified SIYB trainers. The work will include interviews with institutions, a three-day refresher workshop with trainers, and analysis of complementary entrepreneurship-training practices. Findings will result in clear recommendations for strengthening national delivery capacity, integrating sustainability into SIYB, and guiding ILO-s future programming for entrepreneurship development and self-employment support in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
